Ingredients
butter, softened
icing sugar
cocoa powder (optional)
Instructions
Cream ingredients together until very pale, fluffy and sweet.
Just keep adding more sugar/butter/cocoa till you have the amount, consistency and taste you want.
Spread on cake carefully, using a knife or palate knife to smooth.
