Axiomatic And Luminous

Greg Egan's two collections of short stories, and some of the best Hard SF in the universe.

Of the stories, i think 'The Moral Virologist' and 'Cocoon' (two highly realistic stories pondering the rights and wrongs of genetic technology), and 'The Hundred-Light-Year Diary', 'Axiomatic', 'Learning to Be Me', 'Closer', 'Unstable Orbits in the Space of Lies', 'Mister Volition' and 'Reasons to be Cheerful' (seven stories about the nature of the human mind - pure SF headrush) are the best; in fact, i think it would be a crime not to have read them. -- TA

Don't the recent editions have cool matching fractal covers?
