We use them as a database for ISBN Special URLs (we don't use Amazon because of our No Amazon policy).

Has anyone had any experience of buying books from them, or any other contact with them? They are (in the real world) to New York as Blackwell's is to Oxford: there are heaps of them over there. They're a bit like Waterstones' in terms of decor. Only ever been in one of them, and not actually bought a book there. --TL
