Children's BBC. Not a reference to the Board of Governors, but rather that portion of the BBC which used to concern itself with quality children's drama and news, but now largely seems to consist of a collection of teenage presenters desperately overacting in their attempts to appear 'cool' lounging against an offensively colourful set and laughing in an over-the-top fashion at bad jokes.
