Well-known SF critic and pundit. Famous, or possibly infamous, for his somewhat convoluted sentence constructions. Also famous for editing The Encyclopaedia Of SF. He is a regular reviewer for Inter Zone, and sceptical about the merits of wikis.
The great work of compiling the Third Edition of The Encyclopaedia Of SF is currently underway (February 2006).
