Mc Combie Island

Island of the Mc Combie? clan. Populated by many many clones of Duncan Mc Combie, all of whom are experts in Classics and have some superhuman powers.

However, only Duncan Mc Combie ever ventures beyond the boundaries of the island, and he alone faces Orpheus in mortal combat (not the film). He alone has a highly educated and beautiful fleshy ball-and-chain and has had to face a girl with hair the colour of bird-shit.

Describes his hero status as half-friend and half-mentor. Other powers are mentioned elsewhere. Has been known to save fainting girls on St Giles.
