The Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy

So the planet Earth's just been destroyed by the Vogons, intergalactic tyrants and writers of some of the worst poetry in the Universe, and what's worse, you've just found yourself aboard their ship?

DON'T PANIC!

The Hitch-hiker's Guide to the Galaxy always (sometimes) has the answer (all right, usually the wrong one, but who gives a zark?)

If you're lucky, you might even dine in luxury at the Restaurant at the End of the Universe, and discover the answer to Life, the Universe and Everything, as long as you remember where your towel is...

but remember, your planet is considered galactically as 'Mostly Harmless'.

Now where did that movie go? --TL

Last I heard, it had been cancelled, but a book of conceptual art 'inspired' by the idea of the movie had been brought out as a sort of consolation price for DNA. However, that was years ago, so I'm probably thinking about a totally different movie. --WJR Yes, the new one's probably tangled up in wranglings about poor Doug's estate, besides accusations of 'selling out to Hollywood' and so on, so it's probably kiboshed for the foreseeable future. Pity, I was looking forward to a specially effected Jim Carrey as Zaphod Beeblebrox --TL
