The img type of Wiki Pictures is easy to implement, as it's just HTML, but more sophisticated types, in which the picture is defined inline, will require Twic I to generate images and then emit HTML linking to them (or something).
This would be possible but probably slow to do on the fly; it might be better to render it at page update, although this is against the spirit of the current implementation; some sort of cache based on page name and kept fresh by comparing last-modified times might make render-on-view fast enough.
