The Online Safety Act 2023 says that you have a right to bring a claim for breach of contract if anything that you generate, upload or share is taken down, or access to it is restricted, in breach of the terms of service, or you are suspended or banned from using the service in breach of the terms of service.

As this is a free service operated without generating any kind of revenue, nothing in this document is intended to create a contract, but obviously this would be for a court to decide.

We limit our liability to a refund of the amount of any payment(s) that we have received from you in respect of the service relating to the month in which the basis of your claim arose. To bring a claim under this section, you must serve us with a claim form issued by a court in England and Wales within 12 months of the date on which the basis of your claim arose. This contract, and all disputes arising out of, or in connection with, it, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
