Microwave Chocolate Cake

This cake is easy to make and quick to cook.

Microwave Oven, medium to high power in a 650W oven

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add flour, chocolate and eggs alternating until well mixed by hand.
  3. Add water.
  4. Cook in microwave 8-9 minutes medium-high power.
  5. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  6. Turn out and allow to cool.
  7. Ice.
