A few hundred incorrect "outliers" postcodes have been removed over the last few weeks, improving npemap's accuracy.
OX1 and OX2 are now found in Oxford. ;-)
My next step is likely outbound validation.
Randomjunk's postcode map has also recently been updated: http://dev.openstreetmap.org/~random/postcodes/
