College of Mass Destruction, located on Catte Street, and the college to which the famous and infamous Bridge Of Sighs is attached. New College Lane passes under this, and the 'dark and secret way' to the Turf Tavern branches off from it. The Ferrar Room in Hertford is quite a good TV Room, but we'd need to build a Hertford student first. It's not as good as New College's Noel Salter Room though, so we may as well not bother.
