Somewhat like the Third Age, but referring to The Encyclopaedia Of SF rather than the history of humanity. Arguably the two are similarly mighty works, however.
This will be the first online incarnation of the Encyclopaedia, and is due to appear towards the end of 2007. Third Edition is thus a useful shorthand for things that are so far in the future as for it to seem improbable that they will ever be completed.
It will not use Wiki technology.
